Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the destination address. These costs are non‑refundable except in cases where Pui Man Limited ships an incorrect or defective item. Lost or stolen packages confirmed by the carrier are eligible for a replacement or a full refund. Customers must report undelivered packages within fourteen days of the estimated delivery date.
Pui Man Limited offers a fourteen‑day return window for most products. The fourteen‑day period begins on the day the customer receives the delivery. Bags, scented candles, and home products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Scented candles must not be lit or show any sign of melting. Home products such as vases, trays, and decorative objects must be free of scratches, stains, or assembly marks. Returns that do not meet these conditions are subject to rejection.

Step 3 – Ship the Return

Step 4 – Inspection

A product showing signs of use, damage, or missing components results in denial of the refund. The item is shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

The customer bears all costs associated with return shipping. Pui Man Limited does not deduct return shipping fees from the refund because the refund does not include any shipping charges. After inspection, a full refund including original shipping costs is issued, or a replacement is sent free of charge.
